Reporting: Scheduling Reports

Rockerbox reporting can be automatically sent to your destination of choice (S3, SFTP, GCS, or Email) on a daily or weekly cadence.

Destination setup

If you are scheduling reports to be sent via email, then continue with the steps under Set Up Automated Reporting.

If you are scheduling reports to be sent to an SFTP, S3, or GCS destination, then the destination must be configured Rockerbox prior to scheduling reports.

Configuring destinations:

• SFTP
• S3
• GCS (Google Cloud Storage)

Set Up Automated Reporting

1. Go to Settings -> Exports in the Rockerbox platform

2. Go to Scheduled reports on the left-hand bar

3. Click on "Schedule New Report"

4. Fill in the needed fields in the popup - see Scheduled Report Options for more details on the possible options for each selection
