Hierarchy Auditing Limitations

Hierarchy changes for historical data require non-standard auditing using the raw level of marketing events data.

During hierarchy implementation time, the data is being stored at a level that enables auditing up to 30 days. After the implementation period, this data will be limited to 7 days.

Note: Re-auditing the data is not a common practice and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. In order to re-audit historical data please contact your account manager.
