Becoming a Technical Integration Partner

The Integrations tab found under Settings > Integrations allows you to turn on pre-built integrations between Rockerbox and third-party platforms, including:

• advertising partners
• applications for managing your website
• ecommerce platforms
• analytics platforms

Turning on these integrations enables different types of capabilities per platform, such as ingesting spend via APIs, setting up inboxes for partners to send log files and batch spend, and collecting user actions through onsite pixels or webhooks.

New Integrations

These integrations include partners where we've greatly streamlined the on-boarding progress due to standardization. It does not include the full set of partners we can work with.

We are always adding new integrations. If you have a new partner that is not on the list, please reach out to your Rockerbox point of contact to scope out a new integration. After all, that's one way new partners get added to this list.

Advertising Platforms

Turning on an integration for an advertising platform enables features such as:

• enabling spend via APIs
• setting up an endpoint for Batch Spend
• setting up an endpoint for receiving marketing event logs, including TV, direct mail, and OTT

Enabling spend via APIs automates the ingestion of spend for supported platforms. Once enabled, Rockerbox will automatically ingest spend on a nightly basis from each platform.

Setting up Batch Spend, Linear TV, Direct Mail, or OTT, integrations sets up the inbox—whether S3, SFTP, or email—for the partner to start sending the data. Once setup, you will receive the inbox instructions to send to the partners. Send those details to your partner account manager and request they start sending the reports.

For some platforms, you will also be able to view your clickthrough URL and impression-tracking pixel data on this page as well. These are the Platform URL Parameters and Impression-tracking Pixels for you to implement in each respective platform.

If a platform you want integrated with Rockerbox is not listed above, then you will need to work with Rockerbox to set them up. We have docs available for many integration types, including:
